Color Names In Mundari

White – पुन्डी – सफ़ेद

* Analysis/Notes
1. ससंग means Turmeric (हल्दी in Hindi) which is yellow in color. That’s where the word ‘ससंगअ’ has been derived from. (हल्दी का रंग- ससंगअ)
2.सिरमा means Sky (आसमान in Hindi) which appears blue in cThat’s Thats where the word ‘सिरमाअ’ has been derived from. (आसमान का रंग – ‘सिरमाअ’)
